Sleep Number beds take many factors into account to help you determine the overall firmness and comfort level of the mattress, including your gender, height, weight and sleeping tendencies. If you have a partner, you can pair two Select Comfort Sleep Number beds to make one mattress that satisfies both of you.

  Gather the necessary information for both people sleeping on the mattress. You need to know the gender, height, weight, sleeping position and sleeping tendencies for each person.

  Go to the Select Comfort "Find My Sleep Number" page, located in the resource section below. This page helps you pair two Select Comfort beds to find out which mattress can accommodate both people.

  Enter the information you gathered for each partner. Keep entering information and clicking "Continue" until you get to the Sleep Number page. This will tell you the Sleep Number for each person.

  Use the controller for the Select Comfort bed to enter the Sleep Number for each person. Be sure you line up the correct sides. This pairs up the two sides of the bed, making the Select Comfort mattress comfortable for both people.
