Sort the drawers if they measure different heights. In some cases, the drawers will be taller on the bottom and get shorter as you go up. Due to the design of the drawers, they will only fit into their designated slot in the dresser.
Locate the strips of wood located on the interior walls of the dresser. You will have one on each side of the dresser for each drawer. These wooden strips are referred to as the tongues.
Locate the slots in each side of the dresser drawers. These slots are called the grooves.
Line the grooves of the bottom drawer up with the bottom tongues mounted to the inner walls of the dresser and then slide the drawers onto the tongues.
Repeat this for each additional drawer as you work your way upward to install each drawer.
