How to Convert Bedroom Measurements to Square Feet

The size of a bedroom can be quantified in a variety of area units. Area units are written as a square unit of distance or unit of distance squared, such as square feet or feet squared. However, not all floor plans and measurements use the same units to quantify the size of the bedroom. For example, if you have one plan reporting the bedroom size in square meters and another in square feet, you need to convert the square meters measurement into square feet to make a valid comparison between the two bedroom sizes.
