How to Remove a Jamb Liner Pella Window Weight Cord

Pella double-hung windows have weight cords, which allow you to open the windows by gently pulling the cord. If you pull the cord too hard, or let it fully retract into the window, the cord can get stuck in the balances. If your cord is stuck or broken you can remove it from the window, but you will have to remove the jamb liner to get to the weight cord inside the window.
