      Plan your space. Look at your office and how the panels will configure within the new location. Measure the space where you will be moving your Steelcase wall panels to ensure that you have enough room when you have fully prepared for the move.

      Enlist the assistance of your computer specialists and an electrician or a member of your building's maintenance team. Make sure that all safety concerns are addressed when taking apart the panels and when reconstructing them in their new location. Remove wiring and cables through the bottom or base panels.

      Deconstruct the Steelcase wall panels from their original location. Loosen the hinge connections with an adjustable wrench.

      Move the wall panels to their new location. Carry the panels with the help of fellow employees to the desired location.

      Structure the panel to your plan's specifications and tighten the interlocking hinge nuts and bolts with an adjustable wrench.

      Run all wiring, including electrical wires, computer cables and telephone lines, through the bottom base panel system.
