Holes and weak spots in the form work can cause bumps to appear in a poured concrete wall. Thankfully, they are relatively easy to cover up, if not remove completely. Getting rid of bumps in a cement wall requires grinding and polishing, which can be difficult depending on the severity and number of bumps.
