Attach the ends of two 60-by-4-by-1-inch pine boards flush with the ends of two 15-by-4-by-1-inch pine boards using 2-inch wood screws and a cordless drill creating a rectangular box.
Attach a 60-by-15-by-one-quarter-inch plywood sheet to the back of the rectangular box using 2-inch wood screws and a cordless drill, placing screws one-half inch from the edges at 1-inch intervals.
Stand the rectangular box, the cabinet, on one 15-inch end, making that end the bottom and the other 15-inch end the top.
Locate the studs on the wall in the area where you want to place the cabinet using a stud finder.

Install a 15-by-4-by-2-inch pine board between the two studs 27 inches from the floor using 4-inch wood screws and the cordless drill.
Insert the cabinet into the wall and screw the cabinet to the studs and the 2-by-4 using 4-inch wood screws and the cordless drill.
Install a 14-by-1-by-1-inch block along the bottom of the cabinet, 3 inches from the edge, using 2-inch wood screws and the cordless drill.
Screw a 14-inch piano hinge to the 1-inch thick wide end of the ironing board using 1-inch screws and the cordless drill.
Screw the other side of the piano hinge to the 1-by-1-inch block using 2-inch wood screws and the cordless drill.
Attach a hook to the narrow end of the ironing board and the eye to the back wall of the cabinet. The hook and eye should screw into the cabinet and ironing board without a drill.
Screw small cabinet door hinges to one side of a second 60-by-16-by-one-quarter-inch plywood sheet and to the edge of the cabinet to create the cabinet door.
Attach a cabinet catch to the door using 1-inch wood screws and the cordless drill.
Close the cabinet by attaching the hook to the eye and closing the door.
