Scrape the dried paint off the plastic item carefully by using a paint scraper or razor blade. Be careful when scraping the plastic so you do not chip away at the plastic. If the paint is not removed from the plastic, soften it with a liquid substance before continuing.

Warm white vinegar in a microwave for approximately 60 seconds, and rub it onto the dired paint for several seconds to loosen. Scrub the paint off the plastic using a sponge or scrubber that is soft enough not to damage the plastic. Use the razor blade or paint scraper again to remove excess paint.

Purchase stronger products like Goof Off from your local grocery or hardware store to remove the paint from the plastic. Place a small amount on the paint remover on a part of the plastic that does not have paint on it to ensure it does not cause any damage or stains before trying to remove the paint.
