How to Measure a Bathtub Size

Bathtubs are the centerpieces of the bathroom, since they are usually the largest design element in the room. Getting the proper-sized tub for your room is important so it will fit without any problems. If you're remodeling your home and in the market for a new bathtub, measure your old bathtub first so you know what you're working with already. This also gives you an idea of how big a tub you can fit into your bathroom.
