Open the drawer on your Snap-On tool chest you wish to pull out completely.
Put on a pair of gloves and retrieve two hacksaw blades. The hacksaw blades do not need to be sharp, but they should be as straight as possible.
Lubricate both hacksaw blades with a spray lubricant.
Approach the open drawer and pull it out as far as it will go. Slide one hacksaw blade between the slide and the side of the drawer itself. Then slide the other blade in the same way on the opposite side of the drawer--between the slide and drawer box.
Push each blade toward the tool chest simultaneously while holding the drawer in its fullest open position until you hear a click or pop. The drawer should feel loose.
Put your hands on either side of the drawer box and pull out from the tool chest. If the drawer box does not come free, reinsert the hacksaw blades and try again.
