Place the blade onto the saw's shaft and then slip the washer and blade shaft wing nut on and tighten it firmly by hand.
Fill the saw's cooling reservoir with water to the "fill" mark designated by the filler cap on the side of the saw.
Raise the tip-up table to 15, 30 or 45 degrees for miter cutting. For straight cutting, place the rip guide on the table and fold its levers down to hold it in place.
Plug your wet saw's power cord into a grounded 120-volt wall socket.
Press the power button to begin cutting.
