How to Use the Rotoblast M-100K Kit

If you have any countertop profile work that needs to be done, or if there are tile edges that have to smoothed out before installation, the Rotoblast M-100 Kit is a tool that can handle these jobs and more. The Rotoblast M-100 is a handheld wet grinder that is designed just for these jobs. The wet grinder comes equipped with a 3/8-inch router bit, a quick-connect brass coupler for hose hook-up and an 800-watt electric motor with six speed settings.

Instructions

  Plug the wet grinder cord into an electrical outlet.

  Connect a water hose to the brass coupler and turn the hose on.
- 3
  Screw the router bit head, by hand, onto the grinder head just beneath the depth bumper until it is tight.

  Place a piece of test tile on a table or work bench and clamp it down with a C-clamp.

  Turn the water flow valve at the bottom of the handle to the left to spray a small amount of water onto the tile's edge.

  Place the router bit end against the edge of the tile and depress the power trigger on the inside of the handle. Move the grinder back and forth in an even motion until the edge of the tile is smooth.
