How to Wire a Profax 200-1 Control Box

the Profax welding system is a spool gun unit designed for high-volume welding applications. The package consists of an automatic wire delivery, hand-held gun connected to a control unit. Wiring the Profax 200-1 control unit involves connecting it to a 110-volt electrical outlet, welding power supply, and the conductor cord for the welding gun. To make the installation simple, Profax has numbered the eight wires from the gun to be connected to the numbered terminals in the control box.
