Go to the Solano County Assessor/Recorder's property information Web page.
Select the appropriate city from the drop-down menu. Enter the house number and street name of the property into the corresponding fields. If you don't have the house number, select just the city and street name. You can also search by parcel number.
Select "Search." The property, or a list of properties, matching your query will be listed.
Click on a result. All information for the property, such as past and current property owners, number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home, the home's square footage, the home's value, current taxes owed and the parcel number, is available. If you want to view the parcel map for the property, write down the parcel number.
Go to the Solano County Assessor/Recorder's office parcel lookup Web page.
Select the book that the parcel map is in from the drop-down menu. The first number in the parcel number indicates what book has the parcel map. For example, if the parcel number is "0132-45-0180," the parcel map is in book "0132." See Section 1 to find the parcel number.
Select the page number of the book that has the map from the drop-down menu. The second set of numbers in the parcel number indicates the page. For example, if the parcel number is "0132-45-0180," the page number is "45." The parcel map will download to your computer as an image file.
