How to Remove Twex

Twex is a malicious computer program first identified in January 2009. It is an executable program present as twex.exe in the System32 subfolder of Windows folder. The usual location path of this malware is C:\Windows\System32\twex.exe and it creates the folder C:\Windows\System32\twain32. This folder is also associated with scanner drivers. Therefore, if you have a scanner installed on your computer, you should double-check the contents of the folder before deleting it.
