Instructions

    • 1

Place a concealed hinge bracket against the inner surface of the cabinet face frame; ensure that the corner tabs on the edge of the bracket overlap the edge of the frame and position the lower edge of the bracket against the bottom corner of the cabinet to accommodate the lower inner door hinge.

    • 2

Secure the bracket to the face frame from the inside with the two screws provided. Drive the screws securely home with a cordless drill/driver fitted with a 9-inch flexible magnetic bit holder and a Phillips head screwdriver bit.

    • 3

Attach the top concealed hinge bracket to the upper corner of the cabinet face frame in the same way; this bracket will accommodate the upper inner door hinge.

    • 4

Line up the holes on the inner halves of the concealed hinges provided in the kit with the attachment holes on the upper and lower hinge brackets. Secure the inner half of the hinges to both the upper and lower brackets with the screws provided in the kit.

    • 5

Measure the distance between the center points of the two attached inner bracket halves with a tape measure. Transfer this measurement to the back of the new replacement door, with the top and bottom marks equally spaced between the top and bottom edges of the door. Mark the hinge center lines across the back of the door with a carpenter’s square and pencil.

    • 6

Line up the center of the upper hinge with the upper mark. Place the carpenter’s square against the bottom of the hinge to ensure that it’s level then secure the hinge to the door with the provided screws. Repeat by mounting the lower hinge the same way.

    • 7

Lift the door, line the hinges up and slide the outer hinge halves in over the inner hinge halves. Press the far end of the outer hinge halves against the inner hinge halves until they snap firmly into place. Release the door and test its opening and closing action.

    • 8

Align the door by screwing the three-way adjustable screws in or out with a Phillips head screwdriver as directed in the instructions provided with the kit.

    • 9

Repeat the above steps to mount the rest of the replacement doors in your kitchen to complete the installation.
