Removing Tar Off of a Roof

Tarring a roof is a sticky, messy job which requires the removal of excess tire from some areas when the tarring process is finished. Using the appropriate chemicals to clean up tar messes is essential. Citrus based chemicals and petroleum based chemicals break down the oil base that makes up the tar adhesive, making it easier to clean up. Tar removing chemicals can be purchased at home improvement stores or your local hardware store.
