  Call StarTex support at 1-866-917-8271. Support is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central time.

  Navigate the automated menu according to the recorded message. Press "2" to start a new account, then "1" for residential services.
