Sectional doors are among the most versatile, with several gauges of steel or fiberglass from which to choose. Sectional doors can accommodate a variety of glass panels, if needed.

Coiling Doors

• Coiling doors are popular for many commercial uses, such as warehouses, hangars, storage units and parking structures. They are durable and heavy duty enough for heavy industrial use. They are especially suited for locations with limited headroom and side room around the opening. They come in a variety of colors and slat widths, but cannot have windows.

Considerations

• Sectional doors require room on the sides of the opening for rails. The doors also rest above the opening vertically, eliminating the opportunity for ceiling storage in that area. Coiling doors require some headroom above the opening. The amount varies depending on the size of the door.
