Install the lay-in acoustical panel suspension system according to the manufacturer's instructions. The connectors for the system, such as a screw eye, must be attached directly the building structural system, such as the ceiling joists, at appropriate intervals, as instructed. Drill pilot holes and screw into place.
Loop the hanger wires at least three times around the connectors attached to the structure and tie them off. Loosely attach the wire hangers to the main runner frames to be adjusted, per the instructions. Adjust and secure the main runner frames plumb, using the level.
Measure for and install the panel grids, interlocking them securely on the ends, per the instructions. Verify that the entire framing grid is plumb with the level. Adjust any hangers as needed.
Push the acoustical ceiling panels into place through the grid framing openings and set them into the channels so that the panels rest on top of the grids.
