     Select a price and warranty. As of August 2010, Lowe's offers the following price options: $1.68 per square foot with a 10-year warranty; $1.98 per square foot with a 15-year warranty; $2.48 per square foot with a 20-year warranty; and $2.98 per square foot with a 25-year warranty
