Remove the screws that are holding the toilet paper holder in place. Use the screwdriver to rotate the screws in the counterclockwise direction. Most toilet paper holders are held in place by two screws.
Pull the toilet paper holder from the wall. Wipe away any debris with the rag. You want the screw holes to be clean and free of any dirt, chips or contaminants.
Place a new plastic anchor screw into each of the screw holes. Push the anchors in until they are flush with the wall.
Put your toilet paper holder back on the wall. Position the holder so the screw holes line up with the plastic wall anchors. Put the new screws into the screw openings in the toilet paper holder. Use the screwdriver to turn the screws in the clockwise direction. Tighten the screws until the toilet paper holder is firmly attached to the wall.
