Troubleshoot a launch failure in Rosetta Stone by checking your anti-virus software and changing the configuration settings.

     Temporarily disable your anti-virus software.

     Right-click the anti-virus icon located in the bottom-right of your screen.

     Click "Disable."

     Double-click the Rosetta Stone application icon from your desktop to launch the program.

     Adjust the configuration levels of your anti-virus software so that Rosetta Stone is no longer blocked. Double-click the anti-virus application icon from the desktop. Click "Settings" and then "Firewall" and then "Add" an exception to allow Rosetta Stone.
